Note Well:
At times, due to an upsurge in the amount of calls the lines can be busy and you may experience problems getting through. Please be patient and keep trying - we know that every call is important. If your call goes through to the answering machine, please feel free to leave your details. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that this service operates as a Information Line only. As we are not trained counsellors we cannot offer advice on medical matters or other matters that we feel are the concern of your doctor. We cannot provide you with advice on legal matters either. However, should you have specific queries we will be more than willing to provide you with numbers of agencies who could give you practical help in whichever area you require. We do endeavour to support everyone to the best of our ability nonetheless and give callers as much time as they require to discuss their situation.

Volunteer Yourself
We are always looking for more people to take on this valuable work. If you would consider getting involved all we ask is that you have had your own condition for more than one year and feel you have the necessary attributes etc to listen and help others. If you would like to consider supporting this vital service financially please click here and print off and fill out the relevant application form and send it in to us or phone and talk to one of us about your interest. If you feel you might be able to be involved in the actual work on the line then please fill out this form and again, send it in to us.
