FMSNI is pleased to announce our forthcoming Conference for 2013.  With only a few weeks left make sure you book your ticket now and come along to hear medical and allied services provide useful and informative talks on both Fibromyalgia & ME.   The ticket price includes lunch.

Topics under discussion are varied ranging from chronic pain, chronic fatigue, depression, counselling, & benefits, plus more.

 

There will be plenty of time for socialising, stretch breaks, & asking questions of the speakers.  Previous conferences have been well attended & huge successes, & we trust this one will prove the same.

 

If you wish to attend and pay by card, please buy your ticket in the Store (You need to register to do this).  Payments by card can currently only be made through Paypal which unfortunately incurs a charge which we have to pass on - this will be clearly shown on the statement.  All tickets need to be purchased prior to the event as we have no guarantees of having any available for purchase on the day itself. Once you've purchased your ticket please send a DL or A5 SAE to the office for the ticket to be posted out.

 

Payment can also be made by cheque if preferred, together with an SAE, sent to the office.
